I have a child at home that I need to be alive for, i have mild lax skin, im getting a bbl and lipo 360, i want to add jplasm and jplasma to the arms with lipo suction. I am 5’3 140 pounds, health I do smoke vapes But I will be quitting 4 months up until surgery, I am also 26 years old My abdominal skin I can pull but less the 1/2inch away, and it snaps back, my stomach muscles feel closed in a crunch position

Save as a relative term.
It’s probably safer to not have surgery than to have surgery.
When we talk about risk, it’s usually discussed in the consequence of the situation in relationship to the frequency or likeliness.
The chance of you dying from a BBL is pretty small.
No one has exact statistics.
 Several years ago there were a number of patients who had serious outcomes due to a complication, called fat embolisms due to some surgeons using poor technique.
It’s very unlikely this complication would happen today because almost all plastic surgeons have improved their techniques to ones that are much safer.
 That said a realistic expected fatality rate for a BBL is probably around one in 10,000.
This is approximately the same risk in regards to loss of life as driving an automobile for 10 years.
I think most people would consider that fairly safe.
There are others who would consider it unsafe, and not a worthy pursuit.
When it comes to the decision of undergoing procedures that have risk and all procedures have risk.
We need to consider the benefit in relationship to the risk.
If the benefit to quality life is great then greater risk Should be acceptable. 
Personally, I don’t think J plasma is going to do much to tighten your skin, but having Liposuction by itself creates some skin tightening and I don’t think your skin is particularly loose in your arms to start with.
I think well done circumferential arm Liposuction would give a very nice result.
 Overall, you seem like a pretty good candidate for the procedure, though this is purely based on the assumption that you’re under the care of someone who is talented at Liposuction.
In my opinion, average Liposuction results are not particularly good and most plastic surgeons are average.
 Finding an exceptional surgeon at Liposuction isn’t easy or straightforward, but only exceptional providers provide consistent, exceptional results.
To find an exceptional provider, I recommend patients have in person consultations with a lot of providers. The more consultations you have the more likely you are to find the better provider for your needs.
Bring pictures of yourself to use as reference during each consultation.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own.
 An experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 10 or 20 previous examples of patients who have similar body characteristics.
