Uneven results from bbl. Will a revision help to even out my hips? (Photos)

I had BBL done years ago. As I started gaining weight, I noticed my hips growing completely not symmetrical, which I know is normal. but mine are very obvious. Very insecure about it and don’t wear tight clothing anymore. I want to fix it and make them look as symmetrical as possible possible, But I don’t know how to achieve that. Do I need to do some lipo to one side ? or do I need to add more To one side ? The problem is I am over the whole BBL look. I actually prefer natural athletic look. I like the side of mines that’s not pointing: curved out and more straight. i actually would prefer hip dips over obvious Curvs . It just doesn’t match my body. So what can I do to even out my hips, but make them look more natural than bbl. Is this even fixable ?
