Fat transfer to fill buttock dent, or is liposuction of the flanks enough? (Photos)

I am a 38 year old female. Through consistent weight lifting over the past few years I was able to transform my silhouette from a totally nonexistent butt. Now I have muscle! My concerns are: dent in my right glute, when very lean my arms and flanks look better but my face looks gaunt. Now I've gained some fat and wonder what is the best for me: 1. liposuction of the flanks and arms to improve fat distribution and reveal improved glutes. 2. liposuction with fat transfer just to address the dent 3. a skinny bbl I'm worried about the recovery and danger of a BBL, having a "fake" butt appearance instead of the athletic/slim look I'm going for, and ending up with bumpy liposuction if the surgeon lipos too aggressively when searching for fat. Attached photos with my current physique, and physique prior to gaining fat.
