Fraxel three weeks ago for stretch marks on abdomen and hips. Hip ones were white and old, belly ones were purple and new. Left with disgusting, distinct red marks. Never thought these would last so long.

I am sorry for your side effects but it does not sound like you had the Fraxel laser.  It sounds more like IPL laser.  Perhaps the settings were too strong for you or your skin type.  Unfortunately too often I see patients who were told they had Fraxel and they find out later that it was not th...

Fraxel laser is a great laser for reducing pigmentation and fine lines.  If they were treating you with the 1927 wavelength then you should have had "sandpaper" like skin.  I have not seen oily and pimples months after Fraxel.  I would recommend that you consult a board certified de...
