It sounds as though your implant is riding against the periosteum of your ribs and sternal area. Additionally, it could be muscle spasm. Thankfully, both of these potential causes get better with time. Also, ask your surgeon if you can go bra less until your symptoms resolve. Good luck and be well.

 As far as your photographs are concerned you seem to look fine for two weeks. As far as the pain is concerned, although most people begin to feel well by 2 to 3 weeks, it is not particularly worrisome at this point. As long as your surgeon has examined you and found nothing of significance you should be patient and it could take up to several months to feel completely better . Breast augmentations can continue  to heal for 6 to 12 months before the final result is realized. Perhaps a little massaging may help, check with your surgeon. Good luck
