I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have had since breast augmentation. You can elect to have the implants removed at any time. If you wish to correct the double bubble you will need another revision. You can consider mesh as an option to help prevent this from recurring. Selecting smaller implants may help as well.

Schedule explant surgery with your surgeon.  The surgery is relatively easy to recover from.  Best wishes!

Breast revision surgery We see patients once in a while with this type of deformity when the fold under the breast has been over dissected. There are two basic options to correct it one would be internal sutures and the other would be material called ADM as a sling. That is fairly expensive. I find 90% of the time and excellent correction results from internal sutures. However this is a tricky  operation if not done right. I would suggest you do some research and pick a surgeon with significant experience and you should come out with a very nice result. It is not necessary to remove the breast implants.
