My suggestion would be to look for a member of the Rhinoplasty Society.

Admission requires demonstration of experience with rhinoplasty surgeries.

Not all good rhinoplasty surgeons are members of the Rhinoplasty Society and not all members of the Rhinoplasty Society are the best rhinoplasty surgeons, however it is the best way to increase your odds of a good outcome.

However, at least they are highly interested in rhinoplasty surgery.

You can also ask where and with whom they learned rhinoplasty.

Some surgeons do predominantly the same technical operation on all patients and some customize their surgery to the patients anatomy and aesthetics.

The surgeon should be able to describe your particular anatomical situation and then describe how and why they will perform particular steps to remedy the issue(s) at hand.
