Hello, you do have this inverted V deformity, and the bottom of your nose seems a little wider than the upper part but the overall appearance of your nose is quite good.Of course a touch up with the adjunction of spreader grafts could fix this issue.However, hyaluronic injection on the middle third of the nose can improve for a while this inverted V deformity You should ask your surgeon on the different ways to fix this issueGood luck for the future

The photographs do appear to show overly wide nasal bones, and pinching effect of the upper lateral cartilages which can cause an inverted V deformity. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones can accomplish and narrowing them. Placement of spreader grafts composed of nasal septal cartilage can accomplish widening of the upper lateral cartilages to accomplish significant improvement. This can be accomplished with a closed rhinoplasty approach with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. If you have hyperpigmentation of the skin in that area, that will not be improved with any surgery.
