Do I seem to have an open roof/inverted v deformity and can rhinoplasty help?

I have this white wide discoloration on the bridge of my nose along with what looks like a possible inverted v and open roof deformity. Does this look like the case? If so what can be done to fix this?

It is a relatively simple task of correcting this deformity and can be done under local anesthesia. Other than the usual methods of equal undermining on both sides of the incision, careful subcutaneous closure to reduce tension on the skin & meticulous skin approximation, I have found it helpful...

You need revision columellaplasty tipplasty and caudal septal excision. It will be better under general anaesthesia.

What you want can be done. The nose structure and skin look appropriate. The nostrils that I can see are large, the tip of the nose is low and there is a slight arch protrusion and i can suggest a revision rhinoplasty
