I feel I have a round look to my face despite being at an extremely low body fat percentage. I feel the root of the issue is my cheekbones, they don’t feel as defined or pronounced as they should. Wondering what could fix my problem. Would Buccal fat removal/cheek implants be good? I am 23 years old and 185lbs at 6ft, although I am only around 10% bodyfat and follow a strict diet, so the puffiness of my face is an enigma to me.
