Can I have a tuberous breast correction without implants? (photos)

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another.  See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a Breast Augmentation.  Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

You can have correction without implants.  Fat grafting may be appropriate as well.  The lift will be the key feature to improve your shape.Find a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these surgeries each

could be accomplished with what you mentioned... fat grafting to the deficient side to equalize the volume.  The lift would create near level and smaller areola as well as improve the shape.  You can have great results as long as you are completely happy with the current volume you have of your larger side.

If you have enough tissue then you can have a lift procedure to improve the shape and appearance. As for the smaller breast you can have it augmented but it may be wise to augment both .

It is common for most women to have breast asymmetry and when tuberous breast deformity is involved, this asymmetry can sometimes be drastic! Certainly your questions are valid and use of fat grafting for augmentation would be an option for you.  You seem to be right in that you would need a lift on each side which will improve the appearance of the breasts, lift them, and will actually make them look fuller and larger.  For balancing you may opt for fat grafting as described by the other surgeon who answered your question.  You may or may not need BRAVA, an external suction device worn for 3 weeks before the procedure to expand the tissue and cause in growth of new blood vessels, depending on the amount of grafting needed. Small volume fat grafting can often be performed without the use of BRAVA. Keep in mind that you may need several sessions of fat grafting to achieve your final result as only a portion of the fat survives the transfer--aka some of it will absorb in the first few weeks to months after the procedure.  It would definitely be to your benefit to find a board certified plastic surgeon that has experience with more complicated cosmetic breast surgery.

To expand the areas of the breast BRAVA would be useful.   Of course this needs to be followed by fat grafting.Fat grafting is a valuable tool in breast surgery. This technique has gained more popularity
over the past 7 years. There are many
techniques used to harvest the fat, process the fat and then re-inject the fat.
Conventional suction lipectomy is performed with a small diameter cannula,
processed by separating the liquid and fibrous tissue from the fat, and then
placed into syringes for re-injection or through a closed system.
