I have tuberous breasts and would require reshaping, and also areola reduction and something to stop the areola from bulging like a 'Snoopy nose', and would probably need relocating. My breasts are also not symmetrical, and so one would have to be augmented, as they are small so reduction is not an option. I am also trying to lose weight which I worry might make my breasts smaller and sag more. Can I have tuberous correction w/o implants? What about fat grafts just for the augmenting part of it?

Judging by your photos alone, your breasts do not appear tubular. They are just youthful. By 20 years old, your breasts probably won't grow anymore unless you gain a lot of weight or become pregnant.
Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a...
Your breasts a slightly tuberous and ptotic, or saggy. You would be a good candidate for a lollipop lift with implants if you want to correct it properly.
