I had a very small amount of fat, 10 injections, now I have a giant pronounced bullfrog jiggle when I move my head from side to side. It's been 2 days. Very concerned.
Answer: Kybella Thank you for your question regarding Kybella. The results you are experiencing are normal for the Kybella procedure. You can expect to have swelling for 4-6 weeks following your treatment. You will typically be the most swollen for the first three days after your first treatment. I hope this helps.

Answer: Kybella Jiggle This is a totally normal and expected occurrence after Kybella and it means that it's working. I'm sorry your provider didn't inform you about it. The bullfrog swelling can last for about 5 days and sometimes unto 2 weeks. It's all a sign that it's working. Good luck. Best, Dr.Avaliani

Answer: Kybella dissolves fat necks and double chins but expect a week or two of the "jello" jiggle Every patient in my NYC demonstrates what I call the "Jello"TM. jiggle after Kybella injections. This is normal. As the fat cells get dissolved, the triglycerides create inflammation and that's how the body destroys the fat cells. Inflammation causes temporary fluid retention which causes the jiggle. Usually this is gone by two weeks but some slight swelling is common for four weeks or even moreThe information provided in Dr. Shelton's answer is for educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute medical advice. Answer: "Jiggling" Noted after Kybella Treatment #kybellaseattle The sensation of fullness and jiggling under the chin after Kybella definitely occurs in some patients. Over the next week this will resolve. It won't be permanent. Thanks for sharing.

Answer: Jiggle... In my experience, those that swell more tend to have better results as the fat in the under-the-chin area "melts" away more aggressively. So as you're looking at your "jiggle" try to remember that point. If you're extremely concerned, it's a good idea to reach out to your injector. Swelling is a completely normal part of the process and it is true that some people swell tremendously. Perhaps continued icing and an anti-inflammatory like Celebrex might be useful.
