Hello! I had scar on cheek for which i underwent excision 4 times, everytime internal sutures(vicryl) spitted out postop in 3 surgeries, last sugery was performed using w plasty but only single layer of prolene intertupted suture was used which was removed after 20 days because surgeon told either you have tendency, allergy or grannuloma, even last revision also caused widened scar. I believe it was tension which caused widening.Its been 4 months postop, what are my treatment options?
