I had a Brazilian butt lift for years ago and have some hard scar issue on my stomach which flares up when I have extra fluid. Should I have another surgery?

Dear weightloss2022, scar prevention begins in the OR during the surgery when I meticulously close wounds in multiple layers in order to reduce tension and reduce scars width. I tape my incisions during the early postoperative period to reduce micromotions of the tissues so the incision can heal...

Thank you for your question. A scar revision could be helpful not only for removal of depressed scar tissue, but also reorienting some of the scar so that it falls along natural lines of the forehead for better camouflage.
