Thanks for posting the 1 photo. It does not demonstrate any seroma cavity? Best to obtain a sub cutaneous scan to see the dimensions of the scarred cavity. If possible incisional excision can be offered. Best in person or virtual consult.

Swelling for the first year after surgery is possible. Massage, compression garments and exercise usually resolve it. Your surgeon (or a new consultation) should be seen to discuss your issues. A physical exam may also provide some answers.
