Lump formed on lip after accident - is there any way to remove it?

I had trauma to my lip in feb 22. My teeth banged into my lip from collapsing. There has been a lump present since and it has not reduced and I feel like it has no sign of getting smaller. I can feel it when I talk and when I eat. Where the lump is it’s numb to touch so it may have damaged the nerve? But in certain lighting you can see bruises in my bottom lip. Are there any ways to remove the lump ? I’ve heard about lasers/surgery?
