I am wanting IPL for broken capillaries on my cheeks and around nose (rosacea) I am wondering if anyone has experience with Tricare covering IPL therapy for rosacea. It would be great not only for my rosacea but for my freckles too. Thanks!

This is not possible, home IPL machines will not decrease or stop hair growth. You should got to an experienced and well qualified office for Laser Hair Removal treatment.
