I am 30 yrs old, 4”9 and weight 134#. I had implants and a lift about 3 yrs ago. After having 3 kids. After my surgery I was a double D after asking for a B. I was not happy with them. I just had a baby a couple months ago and am now an E and sag like before. I am wanting to go to an A cup w/o implants and a lift. My questions are: will I be able to go to an Acup? If I am, and I loose 15-20# are they going to sag? Should I wait to loose the 15#?
Answer: Had a baby and now I'm an E cup. Will I be able to go down to an A cup? Your should have a substantial volume reduction with explantation and mastopexies (breast lifts). For the most accurate outcome, it would be prudent for you to wait until you have reached or come close to your desired weight.

Answer: Breasts You might loose the weight first and see if your breasts go down in size. Your own breast tissue will tell what size you will be. Your physician can let you know if a lift will be safe and if it can be done at the same time as the removal. If you only have "A" cup of breast tissue, a lift will not be safe.

Answer: Breast reduction Dear Momma.5, breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. This way, my patients are achieving beautiful results with minimal incisions which reduces downtime and delivers an overall better breast shape long term.If you are considering breast reduction surgery, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and make sure your surgeon understands your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, I recommend you wait until you are done breastfeeding and your weight has stabilized. Then I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant removal You will want to wait at least 6 months after pregnancy and breastfeeding before considering surgery. An examination is needed to determine if you have adequate tissue for a nice result from a lift without implants. I encourage you to begin by scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you. Your surgeon will help determine how much native tissue you have and if a nice result can be achieved from a lift with no implants.
