Explanting 650cc implants - will my breasts look worse than before? (photo)

My opinion is that a breast implant removal should be combined with immediate breast reconstruction to reposition the mammary tissue and improve projection of the upper pole and medial areas using the BRALAN Technique (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) since the results will be adequate in terms of aesthetics and have a minimal scar in the shape of an L. If you are considering a breast explantation, consultation with a plastic surgeon who is experienced in this procedure is essential to ensure optimal results. Best wishes!

Your preop photo is helpful but we're missing half the information here we need to help you out- namely a current topless photo.

It's difficult to say how you will look once the implants are removed as you had a lift along with the implants. You will lose the volume the implants provided and will have some of the benefit of the lift performed. I encourage you to speak to your surgeon about options. You may wish to have an additional lift or perhaps a lift with a smaller implant. An often overlooked option is to simply have the implants removed and wait for them to fully heal and then see how you feel.
