Most likely you have lost a lot of weight before the surgery and developed a significant degree of saggy skin circumferentially, not only in the vertical vector ( length) but also horizontally (width), so what you need is to complete the excess removal.
After a significant weight loss all vectors are affected and because of genetics certain areas are worst than others.
Be encouraged!! Look for a Board Certified PS who is an expert in the After weight loss surgery and the approach is about lifting and tightening, very different than the regular cosmetic surgery.

We assess peoples abdomens based on a standing position. Likewise to assess the outcome of a surgical procedure we need to see before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures you should ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
It appears you have a significant amount of skin laxity so I’m guessing you’ve had some weight loss in the past.
A good assessment should discuss the degree of skin laxity including skin laxity on the sides and back.
Your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of the procedure and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.
You can talk to your surgeon about revising the procedure and extending the procedure to a wrap around tummy tuck or at least partial wrap around. this is sometimes referred to as a body lift.
Redoing skin only tummy tuck typically does not require doing any new muscle tightening and because of that the recovery is usually much easier than a primary tummy tuck.
The extent of a regular tummy tuck is typically based on how far a surgeon can reach with the patient laying on their back in the operating room. for individuals who have skin laxity beyond that point the patient needs to be turned in the operating room for extending the procedure to the backside.
Individuals with more extensive skin laxity should make it very clear during the consultation of exactly how far the incision will go and how much skin laxity will be addressed.
This includes having clear understandings of if the patient will be turned during surgery or if the procedure will be done laying on their back.
Turning patients under general anesthesia is quite it’s due and is often avoided unless necessary.
It is however completely appropriate and should be done on individuals who have skin laxcity that continues to the back and needs to be removed.
You can either go back to your surgeon or have in person second opinion consultations with other providers in your community.

Based on your pictures you are an absolute case of redo abdominoplasty. this much of skin excess is not acceptable after surgery.You would likely benefit from a high definition tummy tuck using high definition VASER liposuction.
