Best treatment for uneven eyes/hyperactive eyebrow - possible ptosis/lazy eye?

I posted before, but wanted to be more comprehensive. I have a hyperactive eyebrow which I believe is due to ptosis but I went to an oculoplastic surgeon who told me my eyes were even/did not need anything. I was given botox instead (my hyperactive eyebrow is always tense and I was tired of not getting anywhere so I decided to go with it as another doctor suggested it, too). I feel like it made my eyes more uneven. I just wish to know what I have and how to proceed. Thank you so much in advance!
