Question

Upper Bleph 2015 -several incisional dehiscence post op x3 Now with very asymmetrical eyes with heavy Ptosis of left eye and ? Outer right eye fat pad? I realize Ptosis repair will help left eye but could right eye be revised a bit? I also know asymmetry is realistic with your face.

Based on your description, it seems like you have experienced several incisional dehiscence post-op after an upper blepharoplasty in 2015. As a result, you now have asymmetrical eyes with heavy ptosis in the left eye and a potential issue with the outer right eye fat pad. It's important to note that ptosis repair can help improve the appearance of the left eye, but it's uncertain if a revision is necessary for the right eye. It's also worth mentioning that some degree of facial asymmetry is natural and common. In addition, it is possible to lower an upper eyelid creases. Many eyelid surgeons are not familiar with these techniques. On the left it does not appear that you are ptotic but you are raising the left brow suggesting some latent ptosis. I suspect that when the right upper eyelid is adequately repaired, the left eyelid will relax down. This needs to be investigated during the consultation. Don't just have the same surgery over again, you will not make progress in looking more symmetric. Your eyes can be your best feature.
