21M 6'0" 220 lbs Italian/Irish/Austrian/Polish Looking to improve eye appearance. RealSelf Surgeon diagnosed me with ptosis, lateral canthal dystopia, and compensatory eyebrow elevation. He suggested Anterior Levator Resection Ptosis with Canthoplasty instead of Mullerectomy. What would be the ideal surgery to get to make my eyes more attractive?
