I'm 40 and getting married this fall and would like to address this under eye problem. I already get Botox (crows feet and she puts a little in the "jelly roll" under the eye) every 3 months. I also use Tretinoin on my whole face which has helped some (and obviously SPF daily). What else might help? RF treatments, CO2 laser, something else? I don't think I have enough of a problem for something like a lower blepharoplasty but I could be wrong. Any recommendations are appreciated!
