Uneven facial outline. Should I get filler to even it out? (Photo)

The tissue that hangs around my jaw is fat and can improve with weight loss. However the hollowness under my cheekbones cause my face to have a uneven outline. I am considering filler to even it out. My mandible isn't very wide and my jaw muscles aren't very big either.
