Hello There,What I tell many of my Invisalign patients is that if you are having trouble with the next aligner fitting, then wear your previous aligner for that day, then place the next step immediately before bed. You don't have to force it down, just place it over your teeth as snug as you can, while not forcing it. Then go to sleep. During the night, as your jaws move normally, you will press the aligner down the rest of the way without pain and without even knowing it. By the next morning, they will be in place and your will be fine. They should become more and more loose over the next next several days, until it is time to change them once more. I always recommend that my patients change aligners before bed. Good luck to you and if you have anymore questions of me or need a few more tips, then click to "follow" me on Real Self. Take care.
