Should a female with a masculine face get facial feminization surgery?

I'm a biological female with a masculine face. It's long & bony, and my limited supply of facial fat is diminishing at an alarming rate now that I'm 30. My eyes are tiny, sunken, & deep-set, and my nose is too big for my face/eyes (though it would look fine mounted on ply board.) My chin looks longer each year & I'm starting to resemble an NFL player. It's awful to look so manly, and it's scary knowing this will just worsen with age. Is facial feminization recommended for a female like me?

I have an extremely busy facial plastic surgery practice. Also for the last Seventeen years much of my research has been devoted to understanding what makes faces  attractive and feminine.  We do many facial feminization procedures each week and of these several are on women just like yourself.  Having masculine features can distract from your appearance ,  and you are correct in that it does tend to worsen with age.  There are many options to improve this.  Take a look at my several videos for inspiration.

Facial feminization surgery is just a process by which a face with features and measurements more commonly seen in men is changed to those more commonly seen in women.  Of course many transgender women have facial measurements that would more commonly be seen in men, but anyone with overly masculine features could have them feminized.  We have used many of the techniques that we commonly use for transgender women on cisgendered women.  We have even used these techniques on men who have felt that they looked too masculine, intimidating, angry, or cro magnon.  -Dr. Rolfes
