I have a tattoo on my stomach that is black ink and 12 years old. After pregnancy, the tattoo formed some stretched skin and I wondered if I can still have it removed using Pico Laser technology. I'm concerned how the skin will look after and worried that the laser won't remove the tattoo fully.
