Can I have a liquid rhinoplasty if a have Dermatomyositis and what type?

Had Dermatomyositis since 2006 and I have been in remission since I had my 5 yr old son but I do have skin calcification in my hips and under arms I’m not taking any meds

It is very important for a surgeon to understand the vascular anatomy of somebody's nose. The central nasal bridge is a safe area to inject since there are few significant blood vessels in this area. Sometimes on unqualified injectors may push too much product too fast, near a blood vessel....
