Worried I have topical steroid-induced rosacea

purplxed
I was told to sparingly apply a 0.05% topical steroid cream by my dermatologist for eyelid dermatitis for 7 days max. I applied the cream twice a day for 5 days, and on the 6th and 7th day applied once. I'm off of it now. On day 5, I noticed my cheeks were getting a bit red/ warm. Same thing on day 6. Today I still have mild flushing on my cheeks. My eyelids are fine. Could the topical steroid have caused rosacea on my cheeks, even though I didn't apply it in that area? Thanks
