It's not uncommon to be left with some skin laxity after Coolsculpting and radio frequency is a great way to tighten the skin in that area, in addition to destroying fat cells with RF heat. Ultrasonic Cavitation can also be done after to help boost the results of Coolsculpting and improve fat reduction.

Ultrasonic cavitation should be considered after CoolSculpting as it can assist in improved results breaking up the frozen cells. Ultrasonic cavitation may prove superior to post treatment massage. There is also a recent study suggesting that ultrasonic cavitation could reduce the risk of paradoxical adipose hyperplasia.
