Ever since adolescence I've had small saddlebags that accentuate my hip dips and don't go away with diet and exercise. If going the noninvasive route, which would be best for treating this area - Coolsculpting, Sculpsure or Vanquish? Thanks

Answer: Say Adios to Saddle Bags It is very difficult to make a good judgment without a photo or an in-person observation. I will say that many of my patients at our Los Angeles-based practice come to us with the sort of “saddle bags” at the thighs just as you are describing. They are quite pleased with their results.

Answer: #CoolSculpting, #SculpSure, or #Vanquish Hello BerthaMia:I have been trained in all three methods of fat reduction. If you want to have permanent fat removal noninvasively, go with CoolSculpting. It is reliable, giving consistent reductions in fat cells permanently in every patient. The area you describe requires specialized applicators. I would advise you to seek treatment from a board-certified dermatologist who has been performing CoolSculpting for ten years where the physician plans your treatment and marks the locations for the applicators to be placed for best results, and where the assistants have attended CoolSculpting University and are certified to perform the procedure. Many patients are interested in no-contact procedures like CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, Emsella in this time of #COVID19 infections.Stay safe!Sheryl Clark MD FAAD
