Will 3 treatments of profractional laser and MLP cure my DEEP acne scars?

The course of treatment prescribed by your doctor is highly recommended for diminishing the appearance of deep acne scars. Furthermore, until you've had a couple of treatments, your doctor has no way of knowing how your skin is going to respond. Therefore, it is not uncommon for the initial number of recommended treatments to be increased, and six sessions of Fraxel is not excessive, particularly when the scars are deep. Your doctor is also correct in telling you that  the shallower the scars become the larger the surface blemish will appear as the depression in the skin starts to flatten out. Acne scars should be treated according to the scar type.
