Answer: Arm skin laxity Hi, thanks for your question. I recommend that you book an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in order to assess what treatment would work for your needs. It's often difficult to tell from pictures alone. That said, if what you're dealing with is skin laxity CoolSculpting and lifting weights probably won't help much. Typically, if there is a lot of excess skin in the area of the arm we would recommend an arm lift, but your arms look healthy and youthful so a surgical option may not be the ideal one for you. If it's a small area of fat that you have, then CoolSculpting would work beautifully, and a certified CoolSculpting provider would be able tell you whether you have excess skin or a stubborn pocket of fat. Again, best to see a surgeon in person for a proper assessment.

Answer: The Best Treatment for Sagging Arms Thank you very much for your question and photographs. From your pictures, you appear to have lax tissue and fat along your upper arms. CoolSculpting is an excellent choice for reducing isolated areas of body fat. A unique handpiece, designed for smaller areas of pinchable fat, can create trimmer, smoother upper arms by eliminating up to 25% of fatty tissue. However, CoolSculpting is not for everyone. While the treatment can permanently address stubborn fat, it does not tighten skin. Once the underlying fat cells are gone, the stretched skin may not bounce back, instead sagging on the arm. In this situation, a brachioplasty or arm lift may be required for optimal results. Using an incision from the armpit to the elbow, the fatty tissue is suctioned away using liposuction, and the stretched skin is excised, leaving the arms tighter and smoother. I recommend scheduling a consultation appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon, experienced in surgical and noninvasive body contouring procedures. He or she will examine your trouble spots and reamed the best technique(s) to achieve your desired results.

Answer: Coolsculpt for saggy skin Hi there,Coolsculpt is a great non invasive fat reduction treatment, however it does not treat loose skin. There are many great non invasive skin tightening services out there, such as Pround RF. I recommend an in person evaluation with your local service provider. They'll determine the best treatment plan for you.

Answer: How To Tighten Saggy Arms Hello and thanks for your question and pictures. CoolSculpting can help reduce the fat in your arms, but won't have much of an effect on the loose skin. I often combine it with ThermiTight to the arms which will tighten the loose skin. I don't think Exilis will do much for you. Of course, non-surgical treatments will never provide surgery results. You will need an in-person consultation and examination to determine whether you are a candidate for any of these treatments. Make sure you see an experienced physician. Best wishes.

Answer: Coolsculpting Fat Removal - add Vanquish, trusculpt iD, Cellutone, EVIVE, ZWave -- “Fire and Ice” Non Surgical Fat Reduction If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement. However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. This will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a body contouring and hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
