One of the main considerations when evaluating a patients’ candidacy for BBL surgery is whether they have enough fat stored in their body, so the surgeon can harvest enough fat cells to use during the fat transfer phase. For patients with insufficient fat deposits, the doctor may advice weight gain before the BBL to qualify for the procedure. I would recommend asking your plastic surgeon if he/she requires you to gain weight or not depending on whether he/she is planning to do a full body Liposuction or just a limited Liposuction to harvest the fat. Hello and thank you for your question!There are two questions in determining if you are a good candidate for a BBL, how big you want your buttock to be and how the fat is distributed on your body. Based on what I can see from the photos, I believe you should have enough fat to transfer. A BBL is not only about the amount of fat added but also about the body contouring with the liposuction. I would recommend setting up an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon that specializes in this procedure.Good luck!

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, back and of course your buttock to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
