I am planning on getting a syringe of juvederm lip filler in February but I know I will have the constant struggle of constantly getting fillers because it is not permanent. Are there any permanent lip fillers not implants, that can give me a natural permanent result? Or what is the most long lasting filler? I am 18.

Answer: Permanent lip fillers, options. Thank you for the question. My bias is not to have permanent objects, (silicone, etc) in the face in general and the lips in particular. Your face will change over time, and typically what you put in may have to be removed. We have taken many implantable devices out of lips. Some will do a nice job on the lip lift. It is a surgical procedure, so it must be taken seriously. My suggestion for now is to continue with the filler. Best to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Otolaryngologist, (ENT). They will help make a plan for you.

Answer: Permanent lip augmentation the only way to really have a permanent lip augmentation is to put in a lip implant or do fat transfer from a liposuction procedure. you can do silicone injections as well which is semi permanent but you do need to touch up. you may want to consult your doctor
