I will suggest that you wear it way more than 3 month, it will be suggest 6 month and reevaluation after. Symmastia its a really rare complication but its not easy to fix it, but with correction of symmastia and good gardent thong bra you will have the best recovery as possible. Yes its a bit expansive  ( 200$ Cnd) but its worth it.
