Can't sneeze after breast augmentation, is that normal?

I'm almost two weeks post op and I physically cannot sneeze. I feel like I have too several times a day yet when I feel it coming on and I'm about to I just can't, it's like it's not possible. Is that normal?

In my practice, I almost never perform a subglandular augmentation.  The submuscular position is superior for mammography, diminishing rippling, and decreasing contracture.  However, there will be some pectoral distortion in some cases especially in body builders.
