I have a very pronounced bony point on my shoulders which I have yet to see on anyone else I have encountered. It bothers me very much because it makes my shoulders look chunky and wide and unfeminine. I don’t understand why others have smooth, sloped shoulders that round down. What causes this issue and can it be fixed? For example shaven down, exercise etc?
