Question

Im looking for the best dermatologist or treatment for smile lines that appear only when im smiling. Im in my mid thirties and deeply disturbed by them. See photos!! A perfect and exact example of a celebrity that has the same lines as me when she smiles is jennifer hudson. I was never overweight and do not smoke. I weight about 50 kilos and wrinkles are not prominent in my family. I am the only one suffering from terrible lines when i smile ( around mouth and under eye area). Help!!:-((

While dynamic lines (lines associated with movement) will not be completely eliminated, a small amount of filler such as Juvederm, Teosyal, or Restylane can soften the grooves. Being young and thin, you will likely only need a small amount of product.Best wishes,-Dr. Asaria
