I had rhinoplasty just over a year ago by a reputable surgeon and I feel my tip is still droopy. Overall dramatic improvement is present but the tip still looks droopy and appears quite bulbous. I talked to my surgeon about concerns but he doesn't recommend further reduction/surgery because overall facial aesthetic would end up less attractive, especially as I age. I would like to know what treatment, if any, would be recommended from here to achieve favourable results. Thank you!
