Can propecia cause wrinkles?

I know that skin and hair are related, so I'm wondering if it can negatively affect your skin in any way. If so, how?

Propecia works at the level of the hair follicle and on the prostate.The major reported side effect is loss of libido or sexual dysfunction.Propecia does not cause wrinkles.

Wrinkles is not a recognised side effect of finasteride. Acquiring wrinkke is a natural part of the aging process but can be accelerated by sun damage. Keeping well hydrated and using regular moisturisers can improve their appearance.

I am not aware of reports of wrinkles related to the use of finasteride.  It is very specific in where is works in the hair follicle and sebaceous glands associated with each hair follicle.
