Will a thread lift help soften festoon lines in upper cheeks? (photos)

I have had these lines (what I think are called festoons or tear-trough hollows) since I was young. It is hereditary. I am desperate for non-surgical solutions. Is filler a good idea or would it exasperate the issue? Threadlifts? I have also looked into HIFU, RF, and microneedling. Any input is appreciated. Thank you.
