How can I treat my sagging cheeks? (Photo)

I'm looking for a treatment that can remove the sagginess from my cheeks. I am not interested in fillers as I am looking for something that treats the root cause. Some options that came to mind are PDO threads and RF and Ultherapy. But I don't know if it will be able to remove the sagginess? I'm 30

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. Your cheek doesn’t look particularly saggy in the photo. RF can be useful in tightening the cheek and well as PDO threads. YAG laser might be beneficial too. Make an appointment with an experienced oculofacial surgeon for comprehensive evaluation and discussion of treatment options. Good luck!

Thanks for the 1 posted side view, but not enough views posted! Might offer 1-stitch facelift with liquid facelift (Y-Lift) options over those other therapies. Fees in the $10,000 ranges.
