Age 46, am I a good candidate to thread lift to improve lower face? (Photo)

I’m 46. I d like to improve the lower mid face. I am interested in thread lift or maybe another procedure but I don’t know if there are any other then. What is your advice ? I read about pcl ? Are they the best? How many threads I will need ?
