2 years post op and unhappy with septorhinoplasty results - would I benefit from a revision? (photos)

Nose too short and not at all like it was before septorhinoplasty with rib graft. Is there anyway to fix this? More than two years post op and I can't believe the results of this surgery. It's a botch job. My breathing hasn't even improved. I miss my old nose. Was told perforated septum was going to be fixed but it wasn't. I miss my old face.

I think the roundness of your nasal tip is due to the fact that you had a surgery to de-project your nose. That means that your nose was put closer to your face so it shouldn't stick out as far. That can lead to slight rounding of the nasal tip. You look terrific! Hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr...
