Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. They are finding that in some people filler is lasting longer than we think. It could be compromising the flow of a vessel in that area. I would ultrasound it to check to see if theres compromised blood flow but i would also consider dissolving the filler as that would help as well. Good Luck on Monday!
