Fibroma from oral mucocele. What procedure should I have done to get this scar tissue removed? (Photo)

I had two Oral mucoceles removed over a year ago, I have scar tissue inside of my lip that is very bothersome. What recommended procedure should I have done to get this scar tissue removed. The “fibroma” is located in clump-like areas in my inner lip.
