I would like professional opinions on what profile would be best suited for my breasts; high or moderate. I want them to look natural but also increase cleavage without having the ‘ball look’. Also wondering if the high profile would be too narrow for my chest as it’s not as wide as the moderate profile. Hoping to get some clarity! Thank you!!
Answer: Implants The profile is selected based on measurements and the size of implant desired. Smaller implants can have lower profiles. Your implants have bottomed out and will need to be lifted with internal lifting. I would advise against large heavy implant or you will just bottom out again.

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and widely separated. You will need a breast lift and the technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Answer: Profile type? Would high profile be too narrow for my chest? (Photo) You may be prefer a lower profile implant that might be softer in the upper poles and more medial pole volumes. A full consultation to get measurements and soft tissue evaluation would need to be done. I recommend a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
