Do you perform lip lifts & alar base reductions together?

Do you perform lip lifts & alar base reductions together during the same procedure? It seems that not a lot of surgeons perform these together, but the incision line is often the same so wouldn't you be worsening the scar by re-cutting the same area twice instead of once during one procedure? & another issue is lip lifts tend to make the nostril area look bigger so the base reduction could help that.
