My top lip covers much of my upper teeth and creates a "small" looking smile in proportion to the rest of my face. I've always believed that a lip lift would be my fix for this issue, however, in many before and after photos of people smiling with teeth, it looks like the overall shape of their smile has not changed at all, and my whole reasoning for this procedure is so that more of my gums show when I smile. Is it possible to achieve a noticeably "bigger" smile?

A VY lip lift is not as effected as a bullhorn lip lift. The technique I use is an extension of the bullhorn lip lift. It does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
