I have an extremely long philtrum and no upper tooth show. It is very difficult and awkward to smile. Would I be a good candidate for a lip lift? Can a lip lift be done a year or 2 prior to an open rhinoplasty? Will a lip lift pull the tip of my nose into a more severe hook?
