I have a long philtrum and no upper tooth show. Would I be a good candidate for a lip lift? (Photo)

Upper tooth show is one of the major criterions for lip lift. Although it is difficult to give you meaningful opinion based on these photos, you will very likely benefit from this procedure. Be sure that lip lift includes removal of the muscle, not only the skin. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, familiar with this procedure, is recommended. Good luck.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You appear to be an excellent candidate for a lip. It will not interfere with an open rhinoplasty, which can be done at the same time if desired. It will not pull down the tip of your nose.

Thank you for your question. Ideally, in order to evaluate the approximate length of the philtrum, we should see your lips without smiling. However I agree that the philtrum appears slightly long and therefore a Lip Lift would help to bring more balance. Your previous rhinoplasties would not be an issue with regards to excessive pulling.
